We promote revolutionary "sports-specific" core training programs, uniquely designed to enhance your fitness and performance. We use high-tech equipment expressly designed for these conditioning programs, combined with current nutrition and wellness philosophies, to attain your maximum physical potential. We are tried, tested and successful.

FAST Fitness has an airy, and open environment at a great location on the Post Rd. in Westport, CT. We spare no cost on our state-of-the-art equipment, which is all immaculately maintained, and promote impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, including our very comfortable locker rooms.
